Yeah I know. It really is a worry for us investors isn't it! The market is far from collapsing in the areas I am interested in and as I said the other day it took me a whole 24hrs to replace a tenant from the time I put it out for rent. How is that possible????? as we are told day in day out how bad it is out there by our resident bear experts in the whole market!
