They could have done the SPP for option only on the basis of 1 for 1 (1 billion options)... and that would have a better chance to raise $20mil AUD...
It does not make sense to do a small SPP on the head at 8c, and then following by this 20c strike option SPP ?
I won't be surprise if they revise the option conversion price to 15c :).
That would be a disaster won't it... They should hire a better capital management advisor....
