    this is classic ASX & ASIC "asleep at the wheel" stuff. The stock should have been in a trading halt re Smith and his extraordinary behaviour + the ramping of the stock for the benefit of the "performance" shares. Anyone know how that crept into the prospectus ? (I assume it did - haven't read it - TONIGHT).

    What's the big Kahuna solicitor doing about the matter??

    DISGRACE would be a weak word in this appalling situation.
