Prospectuses are of course meant to tell the truth the whole truth bla bla . Reading cover to cover is as you say most advisable. The management of any company will likely make it happen or destroy it.
Hopefully the commercial prospects for this company are still real and doable.
ASIC and ASX are still lightweights at what they do.
