I would have to agree with Shane75 about the current price of the shares. Hotnickel says that he has not included any potential projects that they may or may not do. Well if they may or may not do it, then the value of the shares would have to be adjusted as they may or may not complete other projects.
You can only value the shares on the actual values, not potential/hopeful/future projects, as these have not eventuated, and thus currently have no value.
It comes down to how much you want to risk your hard earned cash.....and dare I use the 'gamble' word.
I currently hold shares, and believe in what they are trying to achieve, but right now, what is their current value?
When the projects are completed and up and running, I am sure the share price will be ajusted accordingly.
