4DS has stumbled in the past (e.g. iteration PL4) so there is risk but this iteration (PL6) looks hopeful so fingers crossed. In any case commercialization is still years away and will take $$$ so most holders are thinking along the lines of a buyout or licensing the tech to the big players.
EBR has a solid product but their main revenue stream won't kick in until October when US government reimbursement schemes take effect That said, some hospitals are already performing the procedure, presumably because patients are willing to pay full price, so SP could lift sooner than expected. Scotty is already in it. I cashed out my profits and want to get back in at some point.
