What I like best is that we want a partnership rather than a buyout. Dr. Stamler et.al. have brought us to this point in the process and obviously want to guide our journey to a positive and successful conclusion. I'm also happy to hear that they fully intend to retain control and have the final say in how they will proceed to get to the goal line. Kudos and best wishes to them!
