To be fair, anyone can put those trades through, just depends on your broker. The classic retail brokers like commsec , westpac , et al, dont give you the option but as soon as you venture out into other ones like FP Markets or Invast you can enter in those orders.
I use invast and can enter in orders like that and can choose to enter in or out on chi-x or ASX, or even midpoint. I can trade 1 share if I want there is no min brokerage charge its all a percentage. Recommended for those who are active traders.
