Stock Price Being Manipulated Down On Small Volumes

Has anyone else noticed that WMC stock price being manipulated down on small volume sell orders over the last couple of weeks.
This has been occurring for some time now. EG today again:

	Column 1	Column 2	Column 3	Column 4
0	$0.27	1,782	1	1

During the day someone will buy this order to pull the price further down again.

What is most interesting is today we suddenly get a new buy:

	Column 1	Column 2	Column 3	Column 4
0	2	1	100,000	$0.25

The cynic in me tells me that this is the objective of this sell down and hopefuly the bottom.

This should be a great stock. But I believe that it has been very poorly marketed here in Australia.
