    Could you email me or post here an example of price manipulation. If you had one involving ITC that would be good. I just haven't seen it.

    Do you mean that someone is deliberately dumping shares for a friend to hold or something like that? That surely would be illegal.

    How do you know that sp manipulation is taking place?
