I think compering Real Estates offices in CBD or even real estate stocks for that matter with junior oil producers is not a fair comparison however I take your point (implication) that no investment is free of risk which I agree on - I offloaded my OSH a while ago and took a small position in BPT today, like Jeff I am rather skeptical on any long term trends but cant really see a real substitute for petroleum products in 1-5 years.
Beyond that who knows really! what I perceive about BPT is there are way too many shares on issue, so 1c dividend wont cut it in any reasonable point of view. Capital growth is another matter - the real question is what sort of time frame are we really looking at before we see say 1.97 again?
