    Barney, you forget they swallowed many shares in May, after the disastrous ann.
    Maybe they are an observer as you say, but they can if they wish compel the mngt to launch a buyback, and I still hope they will do it after our big organic growth program. And they understand the necessity to adapt to a changing world better than MK. I don't ask them to take us over (curious idea, Barney !), but to put the pressure on the mngt and not let it decide alone.
