What you may want to do is revisit the last capital raising and who did it. Then, get access to some broker data and see if it has been sold off by them. That may be your answer. Have not done this myself. But with the amount dropped from around 40c, it's the only explanation I can come up with. Unless a substantial SH is getting out...
