Happy to hear different perspectives on TOver. However, having been a shareholder in AWE, UIL and now Ear, it depends upon the offer amount. Many shareholders have short term views and it depends upon the offers to management. They sometimes see opportunities in a bigger company. So, we will all just have to wait and see.
