Tech companies have to make a proft. NNG had 26 staff and nothing like a profit. Now it has the right head count and is on the right organic growth trajectory with new product initiatives underway.
The acquistion targets are doing just fine as are most other tech service businesses including NNG. The challenge is obvious though; making acquistions of businesses worth $5M when NNG had a market cap of $12M was feasible. Doing that with a market cap of $4M is less-so by some orders of magnitude.
I'd love NNG to have $35M revenue and $3M FCF right now but the market is not making that easy to accomplish.
