Has the debt facility documentation, terms and covenants been released as yet? Was it pending acquisitions?

Have the funds actually been made available to the company to use and under what terms?

Its great that the debt has been completed, will allow NNG to provide a solid return for investors who have stuck in. Be good to see these funds take the company to where it should be.

Please provide an updated financial position, if your willing of course, of the company.
