When you look at Markets when some thing major happens during the day, be sure to look at effect of that event. In this cast all the major indices were up just before 3 PM. Then dropped steadily till close but still up for day. I do not think FOC caused a pop, do you still think so? JMO it started a big declined and with Markets as high as they are compared to earnings it MAY cause a decline lasting a while.
Time will tell if their worries are justified. They may be. They are very knowledgably people much more than you or me I always pay attention to people smarter than me and reconsider (do not always change) ideas they are not aligning.
