    I was thinking to myself the other day that if in lieu of dividends, a stock buy-back plan might not help stabilize the volatility.

    We have a billion shares floating. That allows for quite a bit of jiggery-pockery with the stock.

    Over 1-2 years, if you reduce the outstanding shares by X%, the share price would increase, and the float would be tighter.

    It seems shareholders loves stock buy-backs as much as they love dividends.

    You know me though, I'd like LYC to hold its capital, rather than disperse it.

    Just a thought. Just adding to the conversation.
