What are you talking about. Lynas has done the heavy lifting of capital expenditure over the last 3 years (even whilst prices have been suppressed) They have built Kal, upgraded Mt. Weld, upgraded capacity and mineral extraction at the malasian plant and have a blank check to build their US plant which is the next stage of expansion. They have invested to become an industry leader and they are still making profit. Contrast that with their competitors, who are losing money and not even processing their own product.
