Here is another article on determining PRICE in LBO or M&A activity it focuses more on ROI after the buyout. Leveraged Buyout Analysis | Street Of Walls

I read this article and spent time thinking about ROI. Lets say they do buy Lynas for $6.00 a share about $6B after expenses Lets say investors expect a 7% ROI on their investment. Or banks want 7% interest. that is .07 X 6 B= that is 420 M a year. The best year for Lynas was 2022 when they made $557 M. NdPrO Prices were about 1000 RMB with VAT and there were no expenses associated with resent CAP X. The 4 year average including estimating 2024 at 100M (I doubt it will be this high). 2021 147M, 2022 557M, 2023 279M, 2024 100M total AUD 1083 / 4 = $270 M this profit would have only returned 4.5% on a $6.00 i a share investment.

People will say GR or some other rich person will do it. Maybe so and they may even to speculate a little on future. They are rich because of earnings on their money I am sure they would want better than 4.5 % What are the chances Of NdPrO returning to 1000 in a year or two? They will return to that and probably higher the question is not IF it is when.
