We know that Lynas operates by bilateral contract and Al always said we have more than enough demand for production and we are looking after contracts (government contracts?) while we ramp up Kal and Malay and look to start in Texas for both light and heavy with all costs backed up by the US DoD. This would put us out of reach of the Chinese and in the process we become a specialized defense industry for what we produce. This is the only thing I can think of that makes sense. We always kept our ‘customers’ confidential from what I recall.
