Weehawken I would sell my shares if I had any because you will buy them back much cheaper later in 2024
Weehawken I do not see how this will help Lynas stock price in next couple of years. Lynas revenue has been falling since its high Q3 2022 Profits follow revenue. unless you can explain how different things will help Lynas revenue in a few years there is little chance it will help SP in the next 6 year. Lynas revenue in Q2 2022 was 327M Q1 2024 was 128 Down 60%. After studing REE prices and Lynas production I think Q2 revenu will be about AU $80M Down 75% With plant shut down and prices for NdPrO below US$50 and still no announcement on LAMP restarting I think Q3&4 and 2024 AR are not going to improve either. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
The green euphoria is almost over. Many stocks have had euphoria and skyrocketed in price First,, almost 100 years ago,, were oil, steel and railroads. Last 24 years it has been DOT COM, banks, Green revolution. and now AI. Sooner or later all companies have to show growing revenue and profits to justify high PEs and then stock prices will be increasing. ALL this talk is interesting but unless Lynas's revenue and profit goes up the SP will not. All these things may help in 2025 or 2026. nothing that far out is ever certain. It amazes me that people post all these things that may help profits in a few years but seem not to care at all about what profits might be in next 6 to 12 months which will have a big impact on SP. Saying you are a long-term holder is a cop out! No one likes to hold a stock through a 50 ~ 80 % decline hoping price might go up in a few years. The intraday high was AU $11.59, on 4 april 2022 We are not down 50 % yet but will be soon maybe with Q2 release or SAR for sure. 80% will be determined by Q3 &4 and AR but the potential for them being disappointing is going up every day. Why chance of bad news increasing for AR? REE prices are still falling rapidly (NdPrO went under US $ 50 today for first time in years). and still no announcement on Lamp restarting.
