Much of whay you say I can agree with. I am not sure yet but like US 80 years ago and Japan 40 years ago this may be the end of China as the dominate exporter. Both US and Japan are doing OK but their dominance is over. I have one question most of what you say is years away. I buy hold sell based on what i think will happen in the next 6 to 12 months, not what may happen in many years. i have sold all my Lynas I am on this board only because I do believe it has great potential further out in time. Revenue and Profits are declining rapidly that is going to cause a drop in stock price. How does it make any sense to hold Lynas now when price will be lower over next year?

Reuters has written many positive articles over the years in spite almost 50% fall in stock price. They just wrote there most negative ever this is a total turn around for them You should read it and think about how they have changed. Here is an article from 25 days ago when in spite of returns being down they found positives to say.

Here are some quotes from what they said just 3 days ago. I have quoited and made comments on a few key points.

"Rare earth prices during the quarter extended declines as demand in China, especially in the country's appliance sector, fell with the construction downturn, said Lynas, the world's largest producer of rare-earths outside China."

Until prices are over 700 RMB / KG WV Lynas cannot make a profit to sustain even a $6.00 price to day the price is 399 RMB a 50% rise would be only 600 RMB
"There wasn't anything positive the company said on demand to change the prevailing market mood."
At 400 RMB it is unlikely that Lynas can justify even a 5.50 SP no matter how much they make.

"Lymas raked in an average second-quarter selling price of A$28.70 per kilogram (kg) for its product range, sharply below the A$58.40 per kg last year."
So read for your self and maybe a few of there old articles to see change Here is the article. https://finance.yahoo.com/news/rare-earths-miner-lynas-q2-003057917.htmlHere are the 3 most recent

There will not be a dividend or US listing for many years which I have clearly spelled out before. Time for you to give up this hope.

Looking for just a few minutes i cannot find anything about full NASDAQ listing but here are a few reasons why they will not do it.
    1. The stock SP has to be over US$5.00 for 6 months before they can eve apply. Most companies wait till over US10.00 because delisting if it falls below 5 sends SP tumbling. Lynas has been over us5.00 for over 6 months and never applied.
    2. It is expensive to have two set of books one compliant with AU SEC and One Compliant with US SEC. Every release of info and CC has to be compliant with both.
    3. Here is a list of companies many times as big as Lynas that chose to stay on the Over counter. The largest is GTBC MC 24 Trillion trading 13Million shares a day https://finasko.com/otc-stocks-list/
    4. I would suggest we should wait for LYSDY and CF to be off pink sheets before worrying about bigger exchanges. JMO it will take 2 or more years to be off pink sheets. Again best for them to wait till lots of room because if they go back to pink sheets the SP fall will be larger than the rise. Delisting is always pain full. Being listed on a better exchange is seldom noticed. It is not the same as being included in S&P 5000 or something like that. i am sure when stock is at US$10 or so they will apply for the OTC but I doubt much more than that.
