What you both ask for is something that will give you 'peace of mind'. This is understandable. Who wouldn't want to know that their investment is secure. Is it GG's plans to meet QVT which is causing the angst? I do agree that until QVT sign nerves are justified.

However, we have to believe that the silence is in the shareholders best interests (providing no shareholders have heart attacks waiting!).

There are plenty of clues (which we have already covered) to suggest that TZ does have an immediate future. Here's another which hasn't been mentioned:

Although hedge funds work in their and their shareholders' best interests, Kenneth Ting worked for the founders of QVT (Deutsche Bank). I'm sure QVT's fund manager will listen to KT as to why they should remain invested in QVT. I wonder whether KT played a big part in the founding of QVT? Also lets not forget that KT owned shares in TZ prior to becoming company secretary.
