Until the abovementioned negotiations involving the work out plan are completed, TZL requests that the ASX continue to suspend quotation of its securities.
TZL expects to request the ASX to lift the suspension during the week commencing 10 August 2009 following completion of the abovementioned negotiations.
Correct me if I'm wrong here, but look at the wording.
They expect to lift if on that date, but it doesn't look like they are committing to do so.
