Another newbie here guys.
I'd like to how to get started in fundamental and technical analysis.
I particularly like the resource/energy sector.
I noticed that most small caps don't have PE ratios and other data that you can use for fundamental analysis. Forgive my ignorance if I am wrong.
Any guidance would be appreciated.
The software discussion here is good but only if u know what to do with it i guess ..
