With germany and france coming out of recession the appetite for nickle and cobalt should start to run soon and with minara reducing its costs this stock looks primed to run again. I can't believe this stock has been hurt so badly in the past 2 years falling from 7 dollars may our dreams come true and it return to 7 dollars.
