There's plenty to choose from. IMO you want one that you can set and scan for the criteria you want. I use Insight Trader. But there's metastock, bullcharts, spark, and many more. Incredible charts isn't a bad starters package but it doesn't(or at least it didn't use to) let you program your own scans.
That's assuming you actually want to scan charts? If not, then incredible charts or even just bigcharts.com gives you basic charting with plenty of indicators and stuff.
