Well, because people like you see the 'theoretical potential' but do not act on it in any way.
Compounded by the fact that funds in Australia are pretty rudimentary in technology...and dont understand what has been achieved.
Added by the fact that people think this is an Australian company - rather than a silicon valley startup in collaboration with Imec.
Complemented by the fact that it has taken about a decade to get this far, with most of the success is the last 9 months, and although the company says the technology is unique, who can believe them as many others have tried and failed at PCMO. How can an individual (Ting) beat the world?
As such, no one believes there will be a bidding war soon for this technology in the US amongst household names.
