Dull,
I wonder how many people who jump from tall building windows sold in bear markets and missed the rebound..
Cash is not king, with interest rates dropping and inflation going up your cash will devalue.
i would rather mop up under valued stocks.. I entered DYL back when it was 7c.. looks like i might get that second buying op i wish i always had. .
