I'm sure you're right if RIO was really keen.
But....
I think that a dual listed company is seriously on the cards.

We have had previous examples with both RIO and BHP.
If Kalahari renamed themselves Extract Resources Plc, then essentially they are there. That renaming could be combined with Kalahari's move to the main list of the LSE, a major fund raising, the DFS and a restructuring of both boards.
Oh well - we'll have to wait and see. I'd be happy with that rather than a TO, because I think that'd be better for long term holders of both EXT and KAH.
