I don't think anyone said instos were buying. They said that if instos were to want to take a large stake it would rocket. Instos more likely to strike a deal with the company than to chase shares in this tightly held stock though.

Disagree with the traders bit. Someone, nameless, said that there would be T+3 selling the next couple of days. Well the stock hit all time high today and rose 10% in a 100+ point bashing. This is not traders pushing this up, it's demand.
