Spot on, IMO it also explains why other players like AR9, WHK and FZO have performed well. They are product-led businesses. Further, these companies are manufacturer and seller.
TNT is only a reseller and if I read correct, product makes up about half of their revenue, which in my opinion, is too much. TNT are and should always be a services-led business. This is where TNT has the upper hand that no other ASX stock has in this industry. No one!
I feel our problem is that the Australian market has long misunderstood the tech space (or at least that's what i'm told by many). And then when you make it a services-based tech space, it becomes very overlooked as opposed to 'shiny and cool' widgets.
This is why I feel TNT need to up the ante using social validation techniques around their customer base (they do this on their website). And they should perhaps consider making announcements on their big contract wins. We can't just rely on @tamz to inform the market!
