As a previous poster correctly wrote , the whole child support system is completely up the creek . I had a neighbour , 3 kids , 2 kids full time with him , the third with the other half ..all under 16 years old , he was paying for the third ..every week . When the young girl realised it was better with the two boys , she moved in too . He had all the kids ! Never got a cracker , yet the woman was working .

Far better to have your own managable agreement , get your ex the pay something like school fees , some tangable . Then you might be able to get some money .
