I am amazed how anyone can declare that the directors of a listed company have done a fantastic job when (in their opinion) the stock of that company is worth in excess of 30c but is lingering at 3.6c. Who then is responsible for the massive under-pricing of the stock? Surely it?s the history of these noble directors, with their building of expectations, and then not delivering to the very expectations they have spruiked, that has brought us to this state. Their history, that they themselves have created, has totally undermined market confidence. That I think is more than just poor communication. I do think it is now up to the directors to resurrect the SP, both for the shareholders and for their own capacity to raise more capital that they will clearly need. Only when they do that will I declare that the directors have done a fantastic job.
