Directors have many avenues to invest in their Coy... many do not choose to put in their name. However they are meant to disclose any affiliation to an investment house, company buying, etc.

I find it good to look at the buy relative to their salary and current holdings. As I have found purchases over time of 20% + of salary and over 10% of current shares is very bullish thus greatly outperforms the market.

Longtom was a good earner till mercury issues... I opted out around this time. Yet always been bullish on the Crux story and very glad to hear a decision will be made soon.

With underlying value of 30c once Longtom back in operation 40s will be good value on the Crux punt.

Direction will be given shortly.
