There's an astonishing amount of things going on around the world right now - a complete re-set of our social structures.

The results of this are unknown but ... one things a reasonable certainty, a greater number of older people, (if there's any left), will be more inclined, maybe out of necessity or maybe out of preference, to be living at home longer - maybe until end-of-life.

IMO there's going to be plenty more money thrown at making this happen. Right now there's so much confusion in the world there's not a lot of growth of anything going on anywhere.

I'd say HSC is in the right place at the right time and seems to be building the necessary relationships to exploit future opportunities.
