I have just been running through the past few 4C's and noticed that the subscribers are growing at an average rate of 12.7% over the past 3 quarters. So I dug back a couple of years and found a presentation from the 20/02/2020 (Investor Presentation page 9) and found the subscription price for the safety & emergency equipment is between $12 - $25 per device.
HSC has stated in the last 4C they have over 8100 active subscribers. So based on the minimum value per subscriber of $12 per user per month that's $97,200 per month that's coming in as recurring revenue. So for December 2021 we should see over 9000 subscribers at a minimum, taking the subscription revenue to over $100K per month. By December 2022 based on the already proven growth we should be seeing subscription revenue of over $175K per month. Keeping in mind this has been achieved through COVID, plus the next 2 years HSC also has the 3G to 4G upgrades as a bonus opportunity, this business could easily be taking $200k+ per month in the coming year just using the base subscription values supplied. Now we add the hardware and project revenue that's already booked in sales and we have a winner.
