IMO she is one of the best CEOs going!
I am on the same wavelength as you V, and have added to my position. The issue for me was:
"Capital will flow from some of the Tanzanian plays to those operating in jurisdictions friendly to graphite mining, such as Mozambique" and "There is much happening behind the scenes directors may not be at liberty to disclose."
That seems to be more akin to spruiking to me because it is couched in terms which suggest that the writer may know a bit more than the market.
But as I said, it was IMOO and I may be wrong but I hope newcomers do their own research.
