i understand what they mean, though. look at how much both TON and SYR have appreciated since the Tanzania issue. Money is definitely flowing away from Tanzanian stocks and into Mozambique plays. It is just that we, for whatever reason, still have not managed to enjoy any of the transfer of capital yet.
Perhaps once MNS and KNL come off halt we might get some more traffic?
