    Agreed. As far as I read trying to keep abreast of the situation, NGF have to agree to assign the transfer of the deal to a third party for it to remain valid. But it's too late for LB as they could have sold it before they went under - but it happened so quick they didn't act in time.

    All good for NGF shareholders.
