Would those that keep mentioning the $7.50 trigger for debt...

Would those that keep mentioning the $7.50 trigger for debt review pls remember that it must stay below this level for 4 months to trigger the review. That will take a lot of shorts
Also what happens if it drops below for 3 and a half months then rises. Does this stop the trigger.
I also read last night the satellites are not under this trigger. They can go down to 2c prior any review
