What about that Lake Torrens title thing in court? Is that a huge unmoveable roadblock?

Sorry for the simple and short questions? The reason I ask is that I am on the hunt for other resource companies that have been pushed and are still being held down by the GFC (like SDL). Long story short, Im after +20 baggers.
