The costly price of trying to diversify. BKL taking their eyes off the main business of vitamins. Should adopt BAL model of sticking to their product lines and enter new markets and utilise their brand strength. For those who wants BAL to diversify this is a classic case of sticking to what you excel at rather than seek other products. BAL strategy is right on the money IMO.
