I'd say it is a combination of low availability and high demand. What little stock they get, probably sells quickly. There has been a noticeable step up in BAL availability in the last month, and this will step-up again in July.
I'm not saying BAL is avail everywhere, all the time, but if you look hard enough and are willing to pay up to $28 a tin, you can get guaranteed supply. I can't say the same about A2...
