I agree its crucial to have these licences in place before they tighten the legislation. The 22.5% price/tin increase in mid Dec is also a crucial point for me. It goes straight to the bottom line. But my (usual) beginners 'luck' hasn't deserted me and SP down 12c to 11.86. Anyone else buying today?
