The 3 Coles I visited this evening were all out of stage 3 BAL and had depleted stock of stages 1 and 2.

I think people are underestimating just how popular BAL baby food is (photo below). Every time I'm in stores people are always buying from the BAL baby food range and never the other brands. Every store I visit I have to throw away a heap of empty boxes and bring forward the boxes behind the empty ones. I'd say it's growing just as fast as the formula side of the business. That 15-20% of revenue shouldn't be ignored.
