Been happening for a while Stocko. I've been calling this one for a while specially with the 3c giveaway. Now with the resources upgrade and nickel drilling it is one of the best fundamental buys out there. But someone has been dumping for a while now. ANy break above 26 will see 30+ in no time. So there are obvious reasons to control the rise. It is possible with this stock because of its relatively low liquidity. THe increased activity of late is a bit of a gimme with regards to what is happening.
