d designs you should be tough on management , exec and board. this debacle isn't due to factors outside of their control.
this is poor planning and poor execution. clearly errors by on-site management and exec management.
strategy error : should have focused on the Lorena deal and got it running. for F sake the plant was running and required a tails dam lift. it's not F ing rocket science.
senior management error: where's Wally planning and cash flow management. clearly the senior management are so far out of their depth it isn't funny.
said it earlier they should have used our money to get decent team to make all this happen rather then scrap bottom of barrel. at least we wouldn't be spending even more shareholder money fixing their F ups
