1, all the alert sh s have had ample time to invest & are in up to their eyeballs.
2. no fresh news lately to bring in newbies.
3. sophs & instos are showing losses which they are averse to & are praying for another discounted & heavily oversubscribed CR ( very clever stuff management ) 4.
4 . there are a host of underpriced alternatives on market , many with shorter time horizons than FAR.
I don't doubt predators have approached our management & the larger sh s & the reply is you may have a chance at 25 cts but 30 cts to be reasonably sure.
The reply - we are a very cautious lot & we will talk again when you have firmed up more of the blue sky which we believe is very likely.
